Placing an Order

We answer our telephones Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.

 

Methods of Payment

We accept Visa, Visa Debit,Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Electron and PayPal.
All orders by cheque will be sent upon receipt of and clearance of payment.
If you order online and pay with your Credit or Debit card, the payment is taken from your account immediately.

 

Delivery Information

Delivery Service – due to busy time of the year we will need one week notice for all orders.

All new orders will be dispatched after 7 days of the date of order.

Scottish Highlands: 3-5 Working Days – NOW FREE
Northern Ireland: 3-5 Working Days – NOW FREE
Channel Islands: 3-5 Working Days – £9.95

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2pm will be sent out same day for next day delivery
Orders placed after 2pm or on Saturday or Sunday will be sent out next working day and delivered the day after
