By placing a wholesale order with Sheepskin Wholesale Limited, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Minimum Order & Pricing
- No strict minimum order, but prices may vary based on volume.  
- All prices are exclusive of VAT and shipping unless stated otherwise.  
- Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise agreed.

2. Payment Terms
- Payment is required in advance via bank transfer, or agreed method.  
- Orders are processed upon receipt of full payment.

3. Shipping & Delivery
- Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.  
- Delivery time is usually 7–14 working days from payment confirmation.  
- We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or customs.

4. Returns & Claims
- Returns are not accepted unless items are faulty or damaged.  
- Claims for damaged goods must be reported within 3 days of delivery with clear photos.  
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping on approved claims.

5. Product Variation
- As our products are made from natural sheepskin and wool, slight variations in color, size, or texture are expected and not considered defects

6. Intellectual Property
- All product names, descriptions, and photos are the property of Sheepskin Wholesale Limited and may not be used without permission.
