At Sheepskin Wholesale, we pride ourselves on offering high-quality, natural products. Please review our refund policy for wholesale transactions:

1. No Refunds for Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for wholesale orders due to change of mind, unsold stock, or over-ordering. Please place orders carefully and request samples if unsure.

2. Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive products that are damaged or faulty, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. Include photos and a description of the issue.

Approved refunds or replacements will be issued only for:
- Items with clear manufacturing defects  
- Products damaged in transit (with photo evidence)

3. Return Shipping
Return shipping for faulty goods is the responsibility of the buyer, unless agreed otherwise.

4. Natural Variation
Please note: Sheepskin and wool are natural materials. Variations in color, shape, or texture are normal and not grounds for refund
